How requests work
- Comment your idea on the latest Watchamabuildit video on YouTube. One idea per comment is best.
- I pick from the comments. The ideas with the most likes and the best story jump the queue.
- I build it brick by brick, post the full video and publish the parts list on this site, so you can build it yourself.
What makes a great request
- Something instantly recognisable: a landmark, a ship, a stadium, an animal, a vehicle.
- Something with a good story. I narrate every build, so the more interesting the better.
- Big and impressive is welcome. Not every build has to be buildable at home; some are just fun to watch.
One honest limit: I can’t build anything that depends on a brand’s protected characters or logos, so those get turned into a generic look-alike or skipped. Real places, real ships and real animals are all fair game.
